We often want the magic of flora and fauna to engulf us during our trips, and if you’re in the mood to go on a wildlife adventure, then Kenya is exactly the place you should be visiting. Named after Mount Kenya, which is Africa’s second highest mountain, this country offers tourists the serene sort of escape they desire. With the Kenya safari packages we provide to our customers, you get to take in every corner of this destination and come face-to-face with its rich culture.

Imagine going to a national park that gives you a magical view of Mount Kilimanjaro; that’s exactly what you get to see once you visit the Amboseli National Park. Having been declared a UNESCO-Mab Biosphere Reserve in 1991, the park is spread over an area of 39,206 hectares and contains more than 400 species of birds and 80 species of mammals.

Bordering the Serengeti National Park is yet another gem of Kenya, which is known as the Maasai Mara National Reserve. Wildlife conservation is a delightful potpourri of natural diversity wherein travelers can encounter animals such as rhinos, elephants, cheetahs, lions, giraffes, zebras, wildebeests, and African buffalos. It’s also the spot where one can witness the Great Migration or what is considered as undoubtedly one of the most spectacular depictions of wildlife behavior.

The Kenya tour packages from 11th Hour Travel also take you to the Lake Nakuru National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site which almost seems like a humongous pink blanket owing to the millions of flamingos to be found on the shores of Lake Nakuru. The park came to house the endangered Rothschild Giraffe way back in 1977. The lake is surrounded by forests, cliffs, and waterfalls, and tourists often find large pythons hanging from the trees.
